Smoker

For most people this will be a new type of cooking and it’s true that its appeal is far more limited. Again a bullet smoker is quite a versatile piece of kit but be patient and remember the golden rule ‘lots and slow’. We stock a range of wood chips including apple, hickory and cherry chips.
