Entertain the kids this summer

Are you making the most of your visits at the garden centre? We have loads to see and do for children so why not make it a family day out?

We have a free outdoor play area for youngsters under eight to enjoy. You can even sit on the terrace and enjoy some refreshments while the little ones run off some energy under your watchful eye.

Our restaurant is offering a free seed tray and seeds with every children’s lunch box. The pick ‘n’ mix lunch box includes a sandwich, drink and a choice of three other items for £3.99.

Our pond is home to a variety of fish and a number of ducks as well as various other wildlife. Why not feed the fish? We provide fish food for 20p per bag.

Don’t forget to visit the animals in our Pet & Reptile Centre too. From cute and cuddly guinea pigs and rabbits to creepy crawlies and snakes, we have pets to suit everyone. We regularly host handling sessions and other events so there’s plenty of critters for you to meet.

Our Craft Centre also has a range of crafty kits for children so perhaps pick up decopatch or some other arty supplies to entertain your youngsters at home.
