Facebook and Twitter monthly giveaways
Every
month we’re going to reward our Twitter followers and Facebook fans.
1. The closing time and date of each month’s giveaway will be 12noon UK time on the last day of each month
2. The following month’s giveaway will open at 9am on the first day of the month, for example Sunday, September 1
3. This giveaway is open to UK residents only. Employees (and members of their immediate family) of Monkton Elm Garden & Pet Centre (Promoter), their agents and anyone connected to this giveaway are not eligible to enter
4. All you need to do to enter is re-tweet the giveaway tweet on Twitter or email ‘£10 giveaway’ to competitions@monkton-elm.co.uk. No purchase of any goods or services is necessary to be eligible for entry into this giveaway
5. The winners will be chosen at random and notified on the first or second day of every month
12. Any entry that does not comply with the rules may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Monkton Elm Garden & Pet Centre. The garden centre is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, misdirected entries, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incorrect, garbled, delayed electronic or other communications or other technical problems. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of delivery
13. Entrants agree that they may be required to take part in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include their names and/or likeness
14. The Promoter of this giveaway is Monkton Elm Garden & Pet Centre, Monkton Heathfield, Taunton, Somerset, TA2 8QN.
All

of winning a £10 Monkton Elm Garden & Pet Centre voucher.
On
Facebook all you have to do is email competitions@monkton-elm.co.uk with your full name, contact number and the phrase ‘£10 giveaway’ to be in with
a chance of winning.
Our
August giveaway will close at 12noon on Saturday, August 31 (2013) and will
continue in the same format, so 12noon on the last day of the month, every
month. The following month’s giveaway will open at 9am on the first day of the
month, so the next giveaway will start from 9am on Sunday, September 1 and so
on.
The
winners will be picked at random.

8. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence
will be entered into
9. No alternatives can be offered in place of the prizes
10. The Twitter winner will be contacted via Twitter and
the Facebook winner will be contacted via email
11. If
the winner of the prize cannot be traced after 28 days by Monkton Elm Garden
& Pet Centre, the garden centre will be entitled to select an alternative
winner from among the entrants
