The latest from our plantaria

Our Plant Manager, Andrew Pitman, tells us what’s going on in the plantaria this month.
 
We have one of the largest plantarias in the vicinity and a good variety of plants with an extensive A-Z selection so we are always busy making sure it looks its best.

This month our herbaceous perennials are selling very well so we are currently re-stocking these from a local Westcountry supplier twice a week. Once they arrive we have to make sure the plants are displayed attractively in an eye-catching manner.

Now the weather is slightly cooler than it has been, we are also seeing the roses coming back into colour. They are looking stunning, so if you’re coming to visit us soon make sure you stop by and enjoy the colourful displays.

We will also be preparing for next month, when we will have lots of new stock arriving. September will be a very busy month for us.

The plantaria is the core of our business so it’s very important to make sure it’s perfect and my team are very good at making sure this happens.
