Star appearance from a porky Will.i.am

There will be a variety of farmyard animals, including a micro pig called Will.i.am, starring in our Christmas displays this year.

Donkeys, ponies, pygmy goats and micro pigs will be on-site from Tuesday, November 19th until Christmas Eve, Tuesday, December 24th.

We’re really looking forward to having the animals visit us as part of our Christmas grotto. We’ve had the donkeys and ponies at Monkton Elm on several occasions. They are always a delight and very popular with visitors.

This year we’ve expanded our variety and some pygmy goats and micro pigs from Courtney’s Mobile Petting Farm will be here.

The micro pigs are called Will.i.am and Scarlett and they’re so adorable. We hope lots of families come along to see the animals, who will be penned near to Santa’s grotto.

People visiting the animals will be able to donate money to help raise funds for Children’s Hospice South West, which is one of our charities of the year.
