Work starts on our new restaurant

Last year (2013) we were given permission to expand our Four Seasons Restaurant to help meet your requests for greater choice, facilities and space, and work has now started on the project (June, 2014).

The redevelopment will ensure we can continue to meet the high standards you, our customers expect, from us. We’ve been developing and re-developing the garden centre since we first opened our doors to you more than 32 years ago.

We’re now investing in the future of the business further and are continuing to be a significant employer in the area.

As a business, we’re committed to the community and to giving an excellent customer experience. We’re a destination, family-orientated garden centre and our food offering is an essential part of this.

The new restaurant, due to open in spring 2015, will seat 350 and the food will continue to be prepared by our chefs on-site in a brand new kitchen facility.

The 950 square metre development is approximately double the size of the current restaurant.

During the building work our current restaurant will continue to operate as normal and we hope you will be largely unaffected by the building work, which will extend across the top section of the outside plant area.

Our revamped restaurant will be as environmentally-friendly as possible with regards to heating, cooling and rain water capture systems.

We will take all steps possible to minimise any inconvenience to you but should you have any queries or concerns, please speak to a member of our friendly and helpful team or to our reception staff.
