Looking for a Christmas cake recipe with a difference? We are handing out our very own free festive recipe from now until Christmas, created by our Chef, Tom Elton. He has freshened up the traditional Christmas cake recipe by including ingredients such as Earl Grey tea.

We have a comprehensive cook shop at our garden centre, which includes a range of products suitable for baking so you will also be able to purchase any equipment you may need at Monkton Elm.
