Plant Of The Month - March - The Primrose

Cultivated Primroses offer such a vast array of colours they give instant impact in the spring garden.

Perfect for pots (Multi Purpose potting compost will be fine), try teaming them up with pansies for long lasting colour. They also work well in the flower border - or along a path.  Deadhead regularly and keep moist. Primroses are happy in sun or semi shade.  Locally grown plants are available in our Seasonal Plant House now.
