Come and celebrate the Conifer with us!

We’re big fans of the Conifer so we’ll be celebrating during National Conifer Week, which runs from September 26 until October 3.

During this week we’ll be offering you complimentary tips on growing and caring for conifers in your gardens at home.

Our Head of Plants, Fiona Smart and Plant Area Advisor, Dan Welch, are both members of the British Conifer Society and are experts on the plant so they will be available to answer any questions that you might have. Dan in particular is very keen on conifers and tries to stock a wide and diverse range from many different suppliers.

Conifers are great for the garden as they stay green all year round, add shape and form and are extremely easy to look after.

We hope lots of you come along during the week to help us celebrate all things great about the conifer. You will be able to get any questions you have answered and can pick up plants for your own gardens at home.

National Conifer Week is organised by the British Conifer Group and supported by the Horticultural Trades Association.

During the week the garden centre will have different varieties of conifer on display, including a number of unusually shaped and different coloured conifers.
