Plants of the month - February

With spring rapidly approaching it's time to think about some wonderful colour for your garden for the months ahead. For February we have chosen three traditional favourites. 



The Gallery Lupin is compact and very free flowering, ideal for a sunny position. We have five colours in our range to choose from.

Information from our supplier:
·        Five different colours to choose from
·        Flower in early summer then again later if dead-headed
·        They grow to 50cm high so perfect for modern, smaller gardens
·        Lupins like a sunny or part shaded spot with good drainage
·        Hardy and perennial

The Foxgloves need little introduction, perfect for the cottage garden feel with many weeks of stunning flowers, perfect for attracting bees.

·       Several different colours to choose from
·       Flower in summer over several weeks
·       They grow up to 120cm high, depending on variety
·       Foxgloves like a sunny or partly shaded spot in soil that retains summer moisture
·      Perfect for cottage garden style borders
·      Hardy and perennial



Our oriental poppy collection is hardy and perennial with huge papery flowers in early summer, perfect for a sunny and well drained spot.

Information from our supplier:
·       Four different colours to choose from
·       Big flowers in early summer then again later if dead-headed
·       They grow up to 90cm high, depending on variety
·       Oriental Poppies grow well in any well-drained, sunny spot
·       Hardy and perennial
