Take your pooch to meet Santa Paws

We’re inviting dog lovers to take their canine friends to meet Father Christmas in our festive grotto this year.

We believe we are the only garden centre in the country to open its grotto to dogs and their owners as well as children!

Our grotto will be open every Saturday and Sunday from 10.30am until 4pm from Saturday, November 23th until Sunday, December 22th.

We hope lots of owners bring their beloved pets to visit Santa. We had some requests from pet owners last year and three people did actually take their dogs into the grotto so we’re hoping more visitors will follow suit.

We have a lot of dog lovers on our team and we’re a dog-friendly venue. We welcome canines throughout our plant and shop areas here at Monkton Elm.

The grotto is in aid of Children’s Hospice South West. Entry to Santa’s grotto will cost £6 per animal or child and it includes a present.

Please note Father Christmas likes to take his lunch break from 1pm until 1.45pm to feed his reindeer.
