Santa gears up for grotto with reindeer & sleigh arrival

We’re inviting you to come and watch Father Christmas arrive by reindeer and sleigh and enjoy complimentary festive entertainment too.

Santa will be here at 11am on Sunday 16th November to launch his charity grottoes.

Father Christmas will also be greeted on his arrival by cast members from the Wayfarers Pantomime Society, which this year is performing ‘Beauty and the Beast’ at the Brewhouse Theatre in Taunton in January.

Once Father Christmas has arrived and posed for photographs he will go into his grotto and start meeting the children who are booked in to see him. This year we’re launching an online booking system so that you can book slots to visit our festive VIP before the big day. You can to log on to www.tiny.cc/elmgrotto to book your place.

It would be great if you could book in advance for the grotto in order to reduce queuing, however if you cannot use the advanced booking system for any reason you are welcome to turn up on the day but you may need to wait some time for a free slot to become available.

A visit to Santa’s grotto will cost £6 per child and includes a great gift, sticker and colouring card.

Proceeds from the sale of tickets to the grotto will go to our charity of the year, Children’s Hospice South West.

Father Christmas’ reindeer will be on site until 3pm on Sunday 16th November.

From Sunday 16th November Santa will then be in his grotto from 10am until 4.30pm on both days every weekend and on late night Thursdays from 4pm until 7pm in the run up to Christmas.

He will also be in residence during our Christmas Open Evenings on November 18th, 19th and 20th until 7.30pm and on December 22nd and 23rd from 10.30am until 4.30pm.
